These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rojiroti TC — the internal telecaller platform at https://tc.rojiroty.com, its mobile application, and related API services (collectively, the "Service") provided by RojiRoty ("RojiRoty", "we", "us", or "our").
The Service is for authorized RojiRoty team members only. There is no public sign-up and no external registration. By accessing the Service with an administrator-provisioned account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Rojiroti TC is an internal telecaller and CRM workforce platform at https://tc.rojiroty.com (web) and via mobile app. It helps authorized RojiRoty staff:
- Authenticate with phone OTP (web and mobile) or email (managers, where enabled)
- View and work assigned lead queues and client enrollments
- Place outbound calls (via device dialer or configured cloud telephony)
- Record call outcomes (dispositions), notes, callbacks, and tasks
- Track availability status and performance metrics
The Service is provided only to internal team members for legitimate business telecalling related to RojiRoty's operations (including delivery-partner recruitment and onboarding support). It is not offered to the general public and does not support self-registration. Features available to you depend on your role and your organization's configuration.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are an authorized RojiRoty team member or contractor with a valid work arrangement
- An administrator has created an account for you — there is no public registration on https://tc.rojiroty.com
- Your role is authorized for access (for example: agent, recruiter, team leader, or operations manager)
- You are legally permitted to perform telemarketing/telecalling work in your jurisdiction
You represent that information associated with your account (including your phone number) is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.
3. Account registration and security
3.1 Administrator-provisioned accounts
Accounts are created exclusively by RojiRoty administrators from the internal CRM. You cannot self-register on https://tc.rojiroty.com or in the mobile app. Access requires an assigned work phone number (for telecallers) or an authorized email account (for managers).
3.2 OTP login
Telecaller login on the web portal and mobile app requires a one-time password sent by SMS to your registered number. You agree to:
- Keep your phone secure
- Not share OTP codes with anyone
- Notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access
3.3 Session tokens
The mobile app issues API access tokens for your device session; the web portal uses authenticated sessions. You are responsible for all activity under your account until you log out or your session expires or is revoked.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for authorized work purposes and in compliance with:
- These Terms and your organization's policies
- Applicable telecommunications and privacy laws, including India's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable
- Do Not Disturb (DND) and consent requirements when contacting prospects
- Any client-specific scripts, disclosures, and compliance rules provided to you
You must not:
- Use the Service for harassment, threats, fraud, or unsolicited spam
- Misrepresent RojiRoty or any client brand
- Copy, scrape, export, or redistribute lead data outside approved channels
- Circumvent phone masking, access controls, or security measures
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the Service
- Use the Service after your employment or authorization has ended (except to complete account deletion as allowed)
We may investigate violations and cooperate with lawful authorities.
5. Lead and prospect data
Lead information displayed in the Service is confidential business data. You may use it only to perform assigned calling work inside the Service.
- Do not store lead phone numbers in personal notes apps, spreadsheets, or devices beyond what the Service requires to place a call.
- Do not disclose lead personal data to unauthorized persons.
- Follow your organization's data handling and retention instructions.
Your organization is responsible for the lawful collection and use of prospect data; you are responsible for handling it properly while using the Service.
6. Calling features
6.1 Device dialer
In device dialer mode, tapping call opens your mobile phone's native dialer. Standard carrier charges apply. RojiRoty is not your mobile network operator.
6.2 Cloud telephony (Exotel)
When cloud calling is enabled, calls may be routed through our telephony partner. Call status and optional recordings may be stored for operations and QA. Do not record calls unlawfully or without required notices/consents.
6.3 Dispositions and wrap-up
You agree to record outcomes honestly and promptly. False or misleading dispositions undermine reporting and may result in disciplinary action.
7. Availability, status, and metrics
The Service tracks your agent status (for example active, busy, break, offline) and calling metrics for workforce management. You agree that this information may be visible to supervisors and used in performance reporting.
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages may affect the Service.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, documentation, and CRM content provided by RojiRoty, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for authorized work during your engagement.
You do not acquire ownership of the Service or lead databases by using Rojiroti TC.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. RojiRoty DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that every lead record is accurate, that outreach will result in onboarding, or that telephony integrations will be error-free in all network conditions.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RojiRoty AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR EMPLOYEE USERS) OR (B) INR 5,000, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
11. Suspension and termination
We or your organization may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable law
- Your employment or authorization ends
- We reasonably believe your account is compromised
- Required for security, legal, or operational reasons
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by nature should survive (including confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Account deletion
You may delete your telecaller account from within the mobile app (Menu → Delete account), subject to OTP verification. Web-only manager accounts are deactivated by administrators.

Deletion will:
- Revoke your API tokens and prevent future login with the same phone number until an administrator re-provisions an account
- Anonymize your personal account identifiers
- Unassign you from active queues, tasks, and callbacks
Deletion does not automatically erase historical call logs or QA records that your organization must retain for legal or business purposes. Contact info@rojiroty.com for privacy-related requests.
This in-app deletion option is provided to meet Google Play's account deletion requirements.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at https://tc.rojiroty.com/terms-of-service with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or your administrator. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
